Please consider the inquiry form in "Reservation requests" section only a quotation/availability request that will be followed by our own confirmation about the availability of the accommodation required.

In order to confirm your booking , 30% of the total cost is required as an advance payment.

Payment of the required advance payment can be done either by bank transfer to our account, or by credit card ( Visa , Mastercard , Maestro, American Express , Euroline ). Please notice that a 3% credit card charges is applied on card transactions.

As soon as we receive your advance payment we will send you a visitors confirmation, with all the necessary details of your booking.

Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 30 days before the arrival date.

We reserve the right to charge a service fee equal to 30% of the contracted amount should the booking is canceled 10-29 days before the arrival date; 65% if canceled 3-9 days before the arrival date; and 100% if canceled 0-2 days before the arrival date.Balance is paid upon your arrival, either by cash or by credit card .
