With our goat milk, from January until May, we make cheese stored in containers covered with oil.
The time spent in the oil determines the intensity of the spicy taste! We invite you for a test!

’Granma Maria’ carefully selects the most appropriate olives from wich we make olives preserved into salty water, olive oil, or vinegar.
