OLIVE OIL TASTING/COOKING

A detailed presentation of the organoleptic characteristics of extra virgin olive oil, followed by an amusing tasting test and evaluation of three different samples of olive oil.

Following that and using organic seasonal products from the farm we shall prepare local appetizers, salads and main dish and enjoy the meal with wine from the farm and breathtaking views of the Ionian sea.
