DAYS 1-4

Day 1:
Arrival and settling in your farmhouse. Free time for touring the surroundings.

Day 2: 08.00-10.00
Breakfast at the olive press event area.
10.00-12.00
Visit to the olive grove. Observation and explanation/discussion and participation in the process of harvesting.
12.00-14.00
Cooking with olive oil. Taking part in traditional cooking with olive oil. Meal accompanied by wine from the farm.
Afternoon free.

Day 3: 08.00-10.00
Breakfast at the olive press event area.
10.00-14.00
Visit to the olive mill. Observation and explanation of the production method. Tasting of the freshly made olive oil.

Breakfast at the olive press event area.

Olive oil tasting. Explanation of the positive properties of extra virgin olive oil, tasting of different samples of olive oil and evaluation.

Cooking with olive oil. Taking part in traditional cooking with olive oil. Meal accompanied by wine from the farm.

Day 6: 08.00-10.00
Breakfast at the olive press area.
10.00-14.00
Tour of the mountain area of Zakynthos. Visit to a winery and/or a dairy. Meal in a traditional cook house in town.

Farewell dinner in a tavern with local cuisine and traditional music of Zakynthos
