Next to the Brown house (40m) in the Rizes olive grove, we find the Yellow house, it offers isolation and quietness while through the olive trees the eye meets the blue sea. Using the private road, through the farms grounds, one can walk or cycle to Porto Roma beach (600 meters).
In its 60 sq.m. it has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric coffee pot), sitting room with fire place, dining table, bathroom W.C. and an attic with two single beds, small sitting area and closet.
It can host up to 5 people and it is fully air-conditioned.
