Reconstructed in winter of 2003 Kalyvi is 50 m from the old mansion of Logothetis family. In the olive grove of the farm it enjoys quietness and the silvergreen colours of the olive trees.
It has been reconstructed following the architectural tradition of the zakynthian countryside (beamed ceilings, local roof tiles, traditional furniture).
In its 85 sq.m. it has 3 A/C bedrooms (1 double with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedded), shower W.C., large living room with fire place and extra bed for a seventh person, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric coffee pot).
