In the Rizes olive grove, ‘Anoi’ house is a two storey house of 85m2. It is a typical example of a two storey country house of the island, existing in the past Century.
On the ground floor it has two air conditioned bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedded), bathroom W.C, and the staircase that leads to the first floor.
On the first floor one finds, in an open plan area ,the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric coffee pot), the sitting room with a fire place and a dining table, a toilet w.c., and the large patio with lovely views of the sea, forest and green hills of the area.
‘Anoi’ house is fully air-conditioned and can host up to 5 persons.
Like all houses in Logothetis farm it offers peace contact with nature and quietness.
Using the private road, through the farms grounds, one can walk or cycle to Porto Roma beach (600 meters).
